8 -WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM

Fear, stress, and anxiety should not be run from or avoided. These emotions are actually your greatest teacher, ready to propel you to a higher level of life, business, relationships, or sport IF you are mentally prepared to surrender to, and receive them. This program is not designed to help you “overcome” or “eliminate” these emotions. Rather, it is designed to help you face your fears, worries, stressors head on, ready for the challenges that come along with them. The techniques taught in this course have helped individuals dive head first into fear to overcome life altering mental and physical injuries, mental trauma and debilitating limiting beliefs to reach seemingly “impossible” goals in business, sport and life. I am 100% confident it will do the same for you.

The 8-week course featuring weekly guided video instruction that provides you with the tools and techniques to:

  • Face fear & stress with gratitude

  • Create a resilient mindset

  • Handle any objection or obstacle

  • Improve communication with yourself and others

  • Gracefully handle failures

  • Respond positively to emotional/physical triggers

  • Go into each day with gratitude and readiness for any challenge that comes your way

Each day you will receive a 3-5 minute video followed by a short assignment to keep you engaged and focused on that days topic. This program will give you the tools. It is up to you to put it into practice. Your future is waiting for you…
